What locations do you currently deliver to ?

A. We currently deliver in Faridabad only.

What is the minimum order value ?

A. We do not believe in putting any restrictions on the customer. Hence there is no minimum order value. Order whatever you want.

How can I make payments at ROZ-AANA ?

A. ROZ-AANA accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make payments using your credit and debit card or through net banking or via other mobile wallets.

Do you provide same day deliveries ?

A. Yes, we provide same day deliveries starting 10:00 AM in the morning to 8:00 PM in the evening, with a delivery cut off every 1 hour.

What is the cut off time for same day delivery ?

A. To enjoy same day deliveries, please place your order before cut - off time for individual time slots. Currently applicable cut offs are as follows:

What is the cancellation policy of ROZ-AANA ?

A. ROZ-AANA provides easy and hassle free cancellation. You need to call us within 15 mins to cancel an order or else you will be charged 2% cancellation charges after that. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on ROZ-AANA ?

A. Yes, you can view our catalog and add products to your cart without doing a login. However, you need to create an account with us to checkout.

Do you deliver all 7 days of the week ?

A. Yes, we deliver all seven days of the week.

Do I receive an invoice for my order ?

A. Yes you will receive a Soft Copy of an invoice on your registered email.

What are your delivery charges ?

A.  Depending on a time slot at the time of checkout.

What if I receive a wrong product ?

A. We have a no questions asked replacement policy at ROZ-AANA. If you receive a wrong product as per your order, we will replace that item without any hassle for you.
